By 04/24/2018February 25th, 2022News

Norfolk, VA, April 24, 2018 – ARDX, an award-winning healthcare management and IT consulting firm serving federal government agencies, is excited to announce that they have been re-awarded $16.6M CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) for the Stakeholder Training and Program Support contract.

“Having been awarded this contract for the third consecutive time is a true testament of ARDX’s long-standing partnership with CMS, and our continued dedication in delivering integrated healthcare management and technology solutions to federal government agencies,” states Dr. Angela D. Reddix, ARDX Founder, President, and CEO. “It is an incredible experience to have started this project with CMS over six years ago when we developed and implemented REGTAP, and even more humbling to know that we will continue to provide effective and efficient education and training solutions for the Healthcare Exchanges.”

The purpose of this task order is to ensure continuity of established and proposed issuer training and outreach for issuer-interfacing functions, as well as the training and outreach for other entities that support issuers through the Exchanges, such as agents and brokers, and State-based Exchanges.

Building upon their decade-long performance successes with CMS, ARDX will provide streamlined stakeholder training and education across The Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, including material preparation, forum planning, execution for stakeholder training events and outreach (in-person and web-based trainings; trainers; event logistics Helpline/hotlines; public announcements; newsletters, manuals and operational documentation). Recently appraised at CMMI Level 5, ARDX will incorporate both their quality and process driven philosophies to perform successful program management oversight for the stakeholder training and outreach, including managing all communication and tracking issues to inform future outreach.

Competed on GSA PSS (MOBIS), this $16.6M CMS, three-year long task order will provide sufficient training and informational materials to significantly enhance and improve issuer performance.
