Norfolk, VA, December 19, 2016 — ARDX, a leading health management and IT consulting firm, has been awarded the Consolidated Support Services contract with the CMS project (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), assisting the agency’s effort to achieve accurate and timely processing of Medicare data. This contract marks the 16th project ARDX procured with CMS, a result of continued innovative solution offerings and the commitment and hard work of ARDX team members to provide quality care outcomes.

As part of this contract, ARDX provides technical, operational, and project management support services for the Medicare Advantage (MA) (Part C) and Prescription Drug (Part D) programs, and appeals support and technical assistance for the MA Risk Assessment Data Validation (RADV) Contract-Level samples under the oversight of the Medicare Plan Payment Group (MPPG). One of CMS’ major strategic goals is met when Medicare Parts C and D plans and organizations receive the information and support they need to submit complete data that are pertinent to the risk adjustment programs, accurately, timely, and in accordance with CMS’ requirements.
With a deep understanding of healthcare policy, ARDX will create customized and comprehensible industry communications and training relative to areas within MA Part C and Part D including Risk Adjustment Policy and Operation, Error Estimation, Prescription Drug Event Data, and Reconciliation Policy and Operations. In addition, ARDX will provide program governance, operational research, and technical assistance related to Part D Prescription Drug Event Data and Part D Reconciliation Operations, as well as Part C and Part D Risk Adjustment Policy and Operations.
