Norfolk, VA, March 06, 2017 — ARDX, a healthcare management and IT consulting firm, was awarded a prime contract on the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (IDIQ), with a 10-year phase and $25 billion ceiling. ARDX is the only woman-owned small business in Hampton Roads to procure the competitive project.

The purpose of this contract is to establish a multiple award IDIQ contract for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) SPARC program. ARDX will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance, and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations. Other Department of Health and Human Services Operating Divisions (HHS OPDIVs) have the ability place orders under this contract as well.

“Acquiring SPARC advances ARDX’s forward-thinking strategy to drive growth and provide our clients with modernized, agile solutions to help improve the quality of our nation’s healthcare delivery,” said Angela D. Reddix, President and CEO of ARDX.

The procurement of SPARC further strengthens ARDX’s process-driven philosophies and commitment to quality, which has earned ARDX the ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI Level 3 certifications. Our long standing project successes with clients within HHS have provided ARDX with a deep understanding to navigate our nation’s evolving healthcare challenges. Through innovate and efficient solutions focused on Population Health, Payment Reform, and Patient-Centered Care and Outcomes, ARDX continues to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of healthcare for our nation’s most vulnerable populations.

CMS awarded SPARC to vetted contractors that have demonstrated significant, relevant, and innovative performance with CMS programs and missions.
