Matthew “Matt” Lemma is the General Manager of Technology Services at ARDX® where he brings over 20 years of hands-on technology experience to the organization and to ARDX’s clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Lemma has continuously driven innovation using industry best practices and technical trends to enhance, improve, and optimize business processes. His extensive experience will enable the growth of the Technology Services division at ARDX®.


Matt Lemma has been in the technology industry for 22 years. He is an avid student of technology and is eager to take on his role as General Manager of Technology Services at ARDX®.

Mr. Lemma will lead the Technology Services practice at ARDX® bringing extensive hands-on technology experience to the organization. This includes roles transforming secure solution architectures using Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS), managed service delivery, and agile software development.

Mr. Lemma’s service spans 22 years in the information technology industry and includes in-depth subject matter expertise within the Department of Defense, Federal Healthcare, and Financial Services IT environments.

Enhanced through education and multiple certifications, including one in Development and Security Operations (DevSecOps), Mr. Lemma’s experience also comes via leadership roles managing business development pursuits in excess of $1B. Mr. Lemma has managed the Profit and Loss of organizations valued in excess of $60M, and managed the complete span of customer-focused relationships from user experience to C-suite level engagements.

As General Manager of Technology Services, Mr. Lemma will incubate and transform ARDX’s software delivery capability to include full-stack development, commercial off-the-shelf, and cloud technologies.
