With over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and legal compliance, Kimberly is a vital asset to ARDX, driving success in proposals, contracts, and government regulation adherence. She has innovated a customized version of the Shipley process, significantly increasing ARDX’s capacity to generate and submit proposals across government agencies, directly influencing the company’s business development and scalability.

Before joining ARDX, Kimberly’s diverse background included serving as Chief of Staff at an Olympian-founded startup, where she successfully built and monetized a company division featured in People Magazine and Business Vogue. She also managed logistical planning for events at The New York Stock Exchange and conferences with hundreds of attendees. Additionally, she was Chief of Staff at the world’s largest anti-trafficking NGO where she partnered with an international fundraising office on business development initiatives. Kimberly also worked with the general counsel for the second-largest book retailer in the U.S., focusing on contracts and negotiations within their commercial real estate department.

Kimberly’s global experience includes a legal and advocacy fellowship in Accra, Ghana, where she worked alongside Ghanaian attorneys, government officials, and the navy to prosecute child traffickers and rescue and rehabilitate trafficked children on Lake Volta. She has written speeches for the First Lady of Ghana as well as parliamentarians in both Ghana as well as Canada.

Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Samford University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Berry College.
