Jumaane Dyson brings extensive knowledge of government contracting and financial management to ARDX^® and its clients. Mr. Dyson has been instrumental in directing ARDX’s successful multi-million-dollar operations, as well as overseeing all contracting, proposal pricing, and corporate budget requirements for the organization.

Mr. Dyson has established strategic financial direction, streamlined policies and procedures, implemented and monitored accounting systems which has significantly contributed to ARDX’s financial and contract success. He provides strategic direction by integrating finance and operations initiatives to drive corporate objectives of efficiency, growth, profitability, and return on investment to achieve organizational goals. Mr. Dyson has a proven track record of expense reduction, margin growth, timely and accurate close with meaningful analysis, and designing and implementing operational solutions to increase organizational value.

Prior to joining ARDX^®, Mr. Dyson worked at the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), where he started his career conducting various contract audits and related financial services for the Department of Defense and other federal entities responsible for acquisition and contract administration. Mr. Dyson was instrumental in leading audits that resulted in millions of dollars in cost savings to protect taxpayer dollars. He also conducted multiple business system reviews to ensure operational effectiveness and provided strategic recommendations for improvements.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from St. Leo University.
