As General Manager of Healthcare Policy Compliance, Dot Claytor continues her tenure within the ARDX^® family as a highly respected leader in her field. With an inherited focus on leadership, Ms. Claytor launched her career in local government programs with a focus on local government compliance within the Medicaid programs. She quickly discovered the value of a well-trained staff and this led her to focus on training and development for both government and private insurance companies and transforming teams.

Ms. Claytor leads a diverse group of professionals offering ARDX’s compliance customers solutions through the services of legal expertise, data analytics, and policy analysis.

Ms. Claytor will lead the implementation of a proven compliance framework throughout various healthcare industries to drive a reduction in fraud and increase compliance across programs. She also spearheads the development of new product services to support customers’ diverse compliance needs.

Ms. Claytor earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from the Virginia University of Lynchburg and later continued her education with the university to earn her Masters of Organization Management. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute and has begun her studies to pursue a Doctorate in Business Administration at Columbia Southern University.
