Antonica “Nica” Welvaert is the General Manager of Healthcare Policy Training at ARDX®. Ms. Welvaert is a project management professional (PMP®) with over a decade in healthcare technology leadership. Since 2012, Ms. Welvaert has provided exceptional knowledge to ARDX® clients in Healthcare Policy Training and will continue to develop the service offerings within her division to meet client’s growing needs.

With over a decade at ARDX®, Antonica Welvaert has served as a key team member enabling the growth and development of the company. The Temple University graduate has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree as well as 15 years in Healthcare and Information Technology Program Leadership and 10 years in Healthcare Policy and Regulatory Compliance.
Ms. Welvaert is an experienced organizational and project leader with a successful track record of program delivery excellence and implementation success. In her new role, Ms. Welvaert will lead the Healthcare Policy Training division. She will provide direct support to the Federal Agency Healthcare mission through stakeholder policy outreach, training, and education.
Ms. Welvaert is driven by developing strategies to address complex business and project challenges to achieve results for ARDX® customers. She is committed to leveraging training and outreach to help transform Healthcare policy into successful operations enabling better health outcomes for Americans.
Ms. Welvaert’s leadership and customer commitment has been recognized by ARDX’s government customers through exceptional Contract Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) ratings which included a perfect score of 5.0.
In addition, Antonica Welvaert is a recipient of ARDX’s highest achievement award – the Olivia Maggie Dyson Award – for outstanding contributions to organizational success.
