Norfolk, VA, June 29, 2017 — ARDX, an award winning healthcare management and IT consulting firm, has been awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).
The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) set aside small business contract vehicle with a 5-year performance period and $10 billion program ceiling, with directed task orders of up to $4 million each – aimed at strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.
As a small, woman, and minority owned business, ARDX has been a trusted partner to various federal agencies for over a decade. Through process-driven philosophies and commitment to quality, earning ARDX the ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI Level 3 certifications, ARDX received Technical Proficiency and Competitive Pricing (Constellations 1 & 2) under the 8(a) STARS II contract. Additionally, ARDX was selected to support various IT services under Functional Area 1 (FA1) NAICS Code 541511 and Functional Area (FA2) NAICS 541512, ranging from writing and testing software, to planning and designing system integration.
