Angela D. Reddix, Ph.D.
President and CEO, ARDX and Board Chairman, ARDX Foundation
Angela D. Reddix, Ph.D., is the CEO and President of ARDX and founder of the ARDX Foundation. She is a visionary and innovative thinker with global perspective and entrepreneurial drive. As a passionate mentor and advisor to the next generation of young girls and women, Angela is a leading advocate for entrepreneurship as a way of creating positive transformation in the world.
Angel A. Oddo, RN, BSN, MPM
Vice President Clinical Care Services Sentara Health Plans
Ms. Oddo is a results driven executive with 25+ years’ experience in health care administration and operations driving utilization and case management, clinical quality, provider engagement programs and healthcare technology solutions in senior level and C-Suite positions.
Ms. Oddo currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Care Services for Government Programs for Sentara Health Plans. In this role Ms. Oddo has oversight and accountability for the Medicaid and Medicare programs delivered by Optima Health Plan and Virginia Premier Health Plans Utilization Review and Care Management Departments.
Eris Harmonia
Founder and CFO of Virginia Beach Marine
Ms. Harmonia is the Founder and CFO of Earley Contracting Corporation and Virginia Beach Marine. She has over 20 years of experience in the Hampton Roads Commercial construction industry. Eris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management from Old Dominion University, and has been a longtime resident of Virginia Beach.
Paul F. Aravich, Ph.D.

Paul F. Aravich, Ph.D., is a behavioral neuroscientist and Professor of Pathology/Anatomy, Geriatrics, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in Norfolk, VA. He has served on several regional, state and national boards related to mental illness, teen suicide, traumatic brain injury, guardianship, dementia, and community-arts-and-medicine programs.
Mitzi K. Glass, LCSW
Clinical Team Leader, Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters / Integrated Behavioral and Social Support Services
Mrs. Glass is lead social worker for outpatient behavioral health at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) and assists with the program’s development for CHKD’s outpatient integration projects with both pediatric and subspecialty partners. Mrs. Glass has been in private practice at the Center for Effective Change in Chesapeake, VA and Renew Counseling Center at First Baptist Church, Norfolk, VA. In addition, since 1996 she has served at Adjunct Professor at the Ethelyn Strong School Of Social Work in Norfolk, VA.
Nedra L. Commodore, PMP
Director of Quality Assurance, ARDX
Ms. Commodore oversees the quality and compliance program at ARDX. She collaborates with internal stakeholders to align business practices with the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) to understand processes and introduce innovative solutions for improvements and predictable performance. She is a CMMI Associate and Project Management Professional (PMP®) responsible for client relationships and project outcomes. Ms. Commodore is passionate about combatting the disparities of mental health services utilization in the Black community, knowing the increased likelihood of Black adults to experience serious mental health problems and longstanding stigmas in the community relative to mental health treatment. She joins the Board with experience organizing the Foundation’s flagship event, the Women’s Wellness Celebration.
