At the ARDX Foundation, our goal is to shine a light on the importance of mental and behavioral wellness…
…and to serve as advocates, partners, educators, mentors, and change agents. We believe in improving the health and wellbeing our most vulnerable populations, including women, youth and the elderly living in disadvantaged communities. We also believe the foundation of our Nation’s economy are the small businesses who have been drastically impacted by COVID-19. Therefore, ARDX Foundation aims to provide support to small business whose founders come from our most vulnerable populations, women and minorities.
We are committed to creating initiatives and providing resources that transform the lives of women and their families, enabling them to make their own mental wellness a top priority.
In celebration of 15 years in business and to celebrate the second year of The Reddix Rules Fund, The ARDX Foundation and ELG Management are giving back once again to women of color entrepreneurs. In 2021 The Reddix Rules Fund will consist of a 10-hour entrepreneurship program, 10 hours of mental wellness coaching to build resilience, and monetary awards valued at $20,000 with a pitch competition finale.
Community Programs
The ARDX Foundation works with individuals and communities through five key programs:
The Reddix Rules Fund
It is the mission of The ARDX Foundation and ELG Management to uplift women in the local community by showing them the power that we as women of color-owned businesses still have to help out our local communities. The Reddix Rules Fund blends the entrepreneurship vein of Envision Lead Grow with the mental health work being done by the ARDX Foundation. We stand by our devotion to creating the next generation of resilient entrepreneurs and leaders.
