Bio:
As the Vice President of Service Delivery, Ms. Mary Shaffran leads a portfolio of programs focused on service level agreement alignment, Associate development, coaching, and mentoring, as well as delivery to all service lines and the Project Management Office (PMO) to promote project and client growth.
Ms. Shaffran has over 20 years of experience working in governmental, non-profit, and private sector organizations related to public health and environmental policy, information, and science. She is a proven leader of strategic planning and development with a positive presence, capable of blending big picture viewpoints with tactical considerations to drive organizational change. Before being employed with ARDX, Ms. Shaffran held leadership positions with organizations such as Northrop Grumman, working on projects in the areas of Life Sciences and Portfolio Management including CMS EHR incentive program, and Physician Feedback and Encounter Data Processing projects. Ms. Shaffran was also employed with ASRC as Vice President of Federal Health Programs, ProSphere as Vice President of Health Information Technology, SAIC as Director of Capture Management and Organizational Change Management, and most recently as IntelliDyne’s Vice President of Federal Civilian focusing on Health and Human Services and Veterans Affairs.
Ms. Shaffran has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Converse College, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia, and has served on the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) National Capital board for several years. She is complementing her years of professional experience by leveraging a Coaching Certification program at George Mason University which will enable the coaching and mentoring of ARDX “next generation” leaders.
