2020 START and Healthcare Academy Program Description<\/h2>\n
ARDX Foundation sponsors rising high school seniors each year to participate in a summer internship program. This paid internship program will begin on June 22, 2020<\/b> and conclude on July 2, 2020<\/b>. Once the intern is selected, he\/she will report (remotely<\/b>) to the START Program Coordinator and work in one of several focus areas such as Marketing, Fundraising, Customer Service, and\/or Information Technology (IT). The interns will complete collaborative tasks designed to enhance their leadership, project management, presentation, and technical skills. In addition, they will spend time focused on mental wellness, personal development, and leading discussions with community youth during our weekly Healthcare Academy<\/a> educational sessions.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”35″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1589391483923{padding-bottom: 6px !important;}”]\n

Selection Process<\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Applicants will be interviewed and selected by a designated committee. Students should note that this application process is very competitive.
