ARDX Founder Receives 2022 Leading for Impact

NORFOLK, VIRGINIA – The 5th Annual Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Awards recognized ARDX^® Founder and CEO, Dr. Angela D. Reddix amongst 50 other incredible women creating IMPACT, leading organizations and mission-focused strategic programs across the Federal Civilian, Federal Health, and Military Health, Technology, and Consulting Community.

This honor continues to shine light on the impactful and intentional leadership Dr. Reddix has demonstrated in her over 15 years in business. Dr. Reddix has now grown her healthcare and technology firm to over 100 employees across the nation.

ARDX^® Founder and CEO, Dr. Angela D. Reddix stated, “I remember starting my career in federal government contracting. I would rarely see women in leadership roles on the contractor’s side of the table or the client (government side). I could probably count on one hand the number of women of color in leadership represented.”

Reddix continues, “I spent today at the National Press Club 100’s of women in leadership. They represented large and small federal government contracting firms as well as the government. All focused on Federal IT & Consulting! INCREDIBLE! Icing on the cake was being awarded a Woman of Impact award in Federal IT & Consulting. I definitely didn’t see this one coming. I am so proud to be a representation of how far we have come! I am so proud to be an inspiration of how far we can go.”

In the closing months of 2022, the ARDX^® team excitedly will open a new Norfolk, Virginia office location and is preparing for a ever-evolving year ahead as they take on the new horizons in 2023 with Dr. Reddix at the helm of the ship.
