Norfolk, VA, June 19, 2017 – Earlier this month, ARDX, a leading healthcare management and IT consulting firm, had the distinct pleasure of sponsoring the 3rd Annual FedHealthIT Awards. Hosted by FedHealthIT and G2Xchange, this event brought together more than 250 federal health leaders from both industry and government from across the technology and consulting sector to celebrate the accomplishments of 25 companies, programs, and agencies driving innovation across Veterans Affairs, Military Health, Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The event kicked-off with a moderated panel presentation featuring top industry leaders and former federal executives. Topics included transition with the new administration, legislative updates and direction, lessons learned and perspective on how both government and industry can position themselves for what is to come in the upcoming years. However, the overall underlying drive from the panel discussions was a need to drive healthcare transformation through innovation.
